I Come to the Garden...

Ah, elusive peace. We look for it everywhere. Where do I find it? Here...



In my meditation garden. I run there when I'm overwhelmed by stress, obligations, family matters, or writing problems. Sometimes, I just need some green space. I like to talk to my flowers. They are such good listeners.


 
 


I've spent so many hours, days, in my garden. I've solved a lot of problems, written many pages (okay, I've killed off a character or two and thought up some dastardly deeds). About three weeks ago, I got this:




My youngest son and his future father-in-law built this arch (it's not in its proper place- it goes into the garden). And then, this happened:




My son and his fiancé Stephany got married. And I found the greatest peace knowing he was happy. My garden will always be a place of peace and love.
